Union City, Tenn.–It’s Obion County Fair time! The theme this year is “Fun For The Whole Herd”.
It kicks off tonight with the Carnival Opening on the Midway at 6 .m. and the Junk Car Race at 7 p.m.
It’s full steam ahead after that, with a long list of attractions and activities August 15-23.
On Saturday, all the pageants will be held, as well as the Purebred Sheep Show, the Carnival, the Rodeo and the Warren Montgomery and Derailed Concert. Sunday will be cornhole and the Carnival.
There will be nightly drawings at 9 p.m.
Among activities during the Fair will be Grand Opening Ceremonies Monday, the Fairshow Musicals are back, AC-43 concerts, Hinson Hill and Red Swindler concerts, Wrestling, Supercross, Pet Show, Petting Barnyard, and Demolition derby.
The Junior Livestock Auction is held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, August 19.
