Carroll County, Tenn.–The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency announced this morning that Lake Halford has officially reopened following the completion of paving improvements.
The upgraded parking area now features fresh asphalt and clearly marked spaces, making it easier and safer for visitors to access the lake.
