Discovery Park of America in Union City will transition into low season hours starting Friday, Aug. 1. Through February 2026, the museum and heritage park will be CLOSED on Mondays. They will be OPEN from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday–Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays.
As the new school year kicks off, they invite educators to consider Discovery Park for their first field trip of the year. Thanks to the Kirkland Scholarship Fund, schools where 50% or more of students qualify for free or reduced lunch receive free admission, making it easier than ever to inspire learning outside the classroom.

Discovery Park will be open on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 1, which will also be the final day to experience Real Bodies: The Exhibition, sponsored by Leaders Credit Union.
