Paris, Tenn.–Henry County Mayor Randy Geiger addresses a number of citizens gathered at the front of the Henry County Courthouse Thursday for the reading of a proclamation calling for people who are able to fast and pray in July. The resolution signed by Governor Lee was adopted by the General Assembly in April.
