Buchanan, Tenn.–Long-time Paris Landing State Park Ranger Tim Caldwell has been named the new Park Manager at the park.
He was introduced as the new park manager at the recent Paris-Henry County Chamber of Commerce Coffee, held at The Lodge at Paris Landing. On hand for the announcement were State Parks Deputy Commissioner Greer Tidwell, Director of State Park Operations Kim Moore and State Parks Area Manager Zach Tinkle.
Caldwell brings over 26 years of experience at Paris Landing State Park and a deep love for the community.
Chamber officials said, “We’re excited to see his leadership in action as he steps into this new role! We were also honored to have leaders from across the State of Tennessee as well as members from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation on hand to welcome Tim and show their support for the park’s continued success.”
The Lodge catered breakfast for everyone, featuring a display of danishes, fresh fruit, and hors d’oeuvres that perfectly complemented the scenic setting.
