Media Days for the upcoming Union City football season are officially on the schedule.
Team photos for the 2025 UC Middle School Tornadoes will be taken at 9 a.m., Friday, July 25, at War Memorial Stadium.
Media Day for the Union City High School football team is slated for Wednesday, July 30, also at War Memorial Stadium, and likewise beginning at 9 a.m.
Family members of players and fans of the two programs are welcome to attend the sessions. They will have the opportunity to take photos of their favorite players and cheerleaders after the team photo has been taken.
UCHS senior athletes will have individual photos taken for their respective banners following the team session.
UC High School will scrimmage twice in the preseason (August 1 at home against Lake County and August 8 at McCracken County) before playing host to traditional Class 3A power Covington (August 15) in the fourth annual Purple and Gold Jamboree.
The Tornadoes will open their 2025 campaign on August 22 at home vs. Jackson Christian School.
The Union City Middle School team will scrimmage at USJ on July 24 and play in the McKenzie Jamboree against Lexington on August 2, before playing its first regular-season game on August 7 at home against McKenzie.
