Bobby Ray Pierce, age 85, of Paris, passed away on July 3, 2025 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. A member of Temple Baptist Church, he was the son of the late Charlie and Hessie Turner Pierce. Bobby worked alongside his brothers for many years in building construction. He is survived by his wife, Mary Jo “Jody” Pierce of 65 years and a daughter, Robin LeAnn Pierce, of Benton, KY; brother, Billy Pierce; grandchildren, Stevee Ray Pierce, Kaley Blair Hall, and Harley Hannan; great grandchildren, Roman, Emma, and Ace Pierce. Bobby is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Pierce is preceded in death by his beloved son, Stephan Ray Pierce as well as brothers, Charles, Herman, Orville, and Raymond Pierce; sisters, Lillian Hastings and Margie Dyer Curd.
A private graveside service will be held for family and close friends at Memorial Cemetery, conducted by McEvoy Funeral Home.
