Huntingdon, Tenn.–A large crowd turned out for the ribbon-cutting and open house at the newly-renovated Carroll County Health Department in Huntingdon Monday. Tennessee Health Commissioner Dr. Ralph Alvarado spoke, as did health department personnel. Also present were Carroll County Mayor Joseph Butler, Chamber Director Brad Hurley, State Rep.
