Union City, Tenn.–Teena Jarmon, administrator of the Promethean Foundation in Union City, graduated June 17 in Jackson as a member of the WestStar Leadership Program’s Class of 2025. The University of Tennessee at Martin program held seven sessions from Jan. 30 through June 17 for its 34 participants, including an orientation and the graduation ceremony. WestStar Leadership Program participants learn new leadership skills and develop strategies for assisting communities in solving problems and maximizing potential.
