Paris, Tenn.–With a “Coming Soon” sign in the window, the question now is: How soon is the Starbucks in Paris going to open? Paris Community Development Director Jessica Crouch said the Starbucks is on target to open for business by end of July or first of August. The coffee shop is located on Mineral Wells Ave., in front of Walmart. The crew that has been on site has been building the shell for the new building and once they are finished, Starbucks will come in and finish it out.
