• To Amend The Official Zoning Map Of The City Of Union City, To Rezone Property Located At 208 West Jackson Street (Tax Map 59c, Group E, Parcel 6.00) From Otr-2 (Old Town Residential) To B-1 (Local Business).  The Property Is Owned By Dwight & Cheryl Thomason.

1. To Amendment Appropriations Ordinance # 268-25 For The City Of Union City, Tennessee, For Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2024 And Ending June 30, 2025
2.  To Appropriate Amounts From The Hotel/Motel Tax Receipts For Fiscal Year 2025-2026, To The Obion County Industrial Development Corporation, Obion County Chamber Of Commerce, And Main Street – Union City, Inc. And To Defray The City’s Costs For Collecting The Tax And Cost Of Auditing The Taxpayers.
3. To Set The Tax Levy On All Taxable Property Within The Corporate Limits Of The City Of Union City, Tennessee, For The Year 2025 And All Following Years Until Changed By Subsequent Ordinance
