McKenzie, Tenn.–The rainy weather held off for the city of McKenzie’s Memorial Day Service Monday. Guest speaker was Junior Milam, Retired Army Master Sargeant of Henry, who talked of the importance of remembering the nation’s fallen. Milam served in the Tennessee National Guard for 21 years and participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He was awarded the Bronze Star. Music was by Ady Freeman.
