Jordyn Ingram Awarded Plumley Scholarship

Paris, Tennessee  – The Paris and Henry County Healthcare Foundation has  announced Jordyn Ingram as the 2025 recipient of the esteemed Harold and Opal Plumley Scholarship.  This scholarship, established in honor of the Plumley’s legacy of service to healthcare and education, is  awarded annually to a graduating senior from Henry County High School who demonstrates a strong  commitment to academic excellence and a future in the healthcare field. 

Jordyn Ingram was selected for her outstanding academic performance, passion for healthcare, and  dedication to making a meaningful impact in her community. She plans to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Jordyn plans to focus on telehealth. She sees the need for quality healthcare in rural communities and strives to expand her role and provide  care where it is needed most. 

Jennifer Culpepper serves as the President of Paris and Henry Co. Healthcare Foundation, “We are  happy to be able to continue the tradition of providing scholarships to students from our area who are  pursuing careers in the medical field. We hope to see these bright young minds bring their skills back  home to care for patients in our community in the future.” 

Jordyn is the daughter of Bill and Melissa Rowlett, and her family has been a source of encouragement  and support throughout her academic journey. Her drive and compassion reflect the values that the  Harold and Opal Plumley Scholarship seeks to honor.
