Paris, Tenn.–Scout Troop 28, Troop 3, and Pack 28 made their annual trip to Maplewood Cemetery Saturday morning, placing American flags on the graves of the hundreds of veterans buried there for its Memorial Day service project. There was a great showing of Scouts this year, despite the dreary weather. The Scouts placed flags on some 530 graves. The American Heritage Girls placed flags at Hillcrest Cemetery.
