Paris, Tenn.–A large number of well-wishers stopped by the Henry County Courthouse Wednesday to congratulate Sgt. Ricky Wade on his retirement. A reception was held for Wade in the afternoon, complete with a ‘courthouse’ cake baked by master baker Jerry Joyner. Sheriff Josh Frey said, “Sgt. Wade has served 25 years in law enforcement with 20 years of that serving the citizens of Henry County. Sgt Wade will definitely be missed at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office and by everyone at the Henry County Courthouse. We all hope you enjoy your retirement.” Photo by Jennifer Gallimore.
