Former Bethel Bass Cat To Be Featured On National TV

MCKENZIE, Tenn. – Zach Bowen, a former Bass Cat (2024) will represent Bethel University and the Bethel University Bass Team in an upcoming Fishing University television show hosted by Charlie Ingram.
The show will highlight the university’s fishing program and history while filming on the waters of beautiful Kentucky Lake.
“Ingram has featured Bethel University several times in the past and his support through filming with our team members has always been a huge honor,” said Coach Garry Mason.
Mason added, “Charlie is one of the nation’s top bass fishing anglers and has competed in numerous fishing tournaments across America. “
Since 1986, Fishing University has been providing the world with entertainment and educational fishing television programming. Bass fishing legend and professional Ingram, along with cohost Ben Ballou, travel across the U.S. in search of great fishing locations as they bring tips and techniques while angling some of America’s greatest fisheries.
Zach Bowen was one of Bethel University’s elite anglers while achieving both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees while attending Bethel University.
Fishing University with Charlie Ingram is aired on The Outdoor Channel nationwide.
