MARTIN, TENN. –University of Tennessee at Martin Chancellor Yancy Freeman was joined by three mayors April 21 to sign a proclamation recognizing April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month. The signing was held in front of the “Friends” statues and was followed by the final Healthy Hawk Walk of the spring semester.
