1. Consider The Second and Final Reading Of Ordinance #278-25;   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF UNION CITY, TO REZONE THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1304 S MILES AVE (TAX MAP 058H, GROUP B, PARCEL 031.00) FROM R-1 (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) TO B-1 (LOCAL BUSINESS).
