Martin, Tenn.–The Weakley/Obion County Carl Perkins Center recently named its Child Protective Investigative Team Members of the Year. Obion County’s Member of the Year is Investigator Jamie Hall with the Union City Police Department. Weakley County’s Member of the Year is Investigator Mechele Porter.
The Center also welcomed the public into its facility on Lindell St. in Martin to tour the facility, meet the team, and learn more about the important work they do for children and families.
They are also so grateful for the Mayors who showed up to the Proclamation signing, to declare April Child Abuse Prevention Month.
