Robert E. Cook, age 73, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2025 in Dover, Tennessee. He was born on January 15, 1952 to Jack and Irene Nolen Cook of the Carlisle community.
He is survived by his wife Suanne Tippett Cook and son Timothy Cook, as well as seven siblings, Peggy Pulley and Teresa Cook, Clarksville; Freda Kent (Charles) Signal Mountain; Linda Welker, Jackie Welker (Mitchell), Roger Cook (Cindy) and Nellie Anderson (David) all of Dover, TN.
He retired from Georgia Pacific in Cumberland City, TN. He enjoyed life surrounded by family and friends. He had a great appreciation for the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and several sports. Robert’s legacy is one of warmth and love for family, friends and nature. He will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
Visitation for Robert will be from 4:30 – 7:00 pm on Friday, April 11, 2025 at Anglin Funeral Home and will continue on Saturday from 9:00 am until the time of service. The funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Steven Head officiating, burial will follow in the Moore Cemetery, Dover, TN. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
