Martin, Tenn.–The Martin Police Department would like to congratulate Investigator Chris Finch on his promotion to the rank of Captain in the Criminal Investigations Division. Captain Finch has been with the Martin Police Department for 21 years. He has served as Patrol Officer, Patrol Sergeant, Patrol Lieutenant and Investigator during his tenure.
