Dyer, Tenn.–Former Tennessee State Representative Curtis Halford passed away Friday. Halford served the 79th District as State Representative, as well as a Gibson County Commissioner and Dyer Public Works Superintendent. The 1000-Acre Recreational Lake was named Lake Halford in his honor.
Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.
