At Thursday evening’s meeting of the Paris Municipal Regional Planning Commission, the panel approved the site plan presented by BFW, Inc. of Murray, which already owns a Seven Brew business in Murray.
According to the Seven Brew website, the business opened its first stand in Rogers, Arkansas, with its 7 original coffees. Today, the business serves a long list of “custom-hand crafted drinks at locations around the U.S.
The 7 originals are: Caramel & Vanilla; Hazelnut & Caramel Mocha; White Chocolate & Irish Cream Breve; White Chocolate & Brown Sugar Cinnamon; White & Milk Chocolate Mocha; Coconut & Caramel Mocha; and Salted Caramel & White Chocolate Breve.
The building which housed Eats and Treats will be demolished and the Seven Brew will be constructed at 531 square feet, according to the site plan.
Site preparation for a new Starbucks store is already underway on Mineral Wells Ave., after its approval recently by the planning commission.
