Seven Brew Drive-Thru Coffee To Open In Paris

Paris, Tenn.–A Seven Brew drive-thru coffee stand will be opening in the former Eats and Treats business in the Kroger shopping center in Paris.

At Thursday evening’s meeting of the Paris Municipal Regional Planning Commission, the panel approved the site plan presented by BFW, Inc. of Murray, which already owns a Seven Brew business in Murray.

According to the Seven Brew website, the business opened its first stand in Rogers, Arkansas, with its 7 original coffees. Today, the business serves a long list of “custom-hand crafted drinks at locations around the U.S.

The 7 originals are: Caramel & Vanilla; Hazelnut & Caramel Mocha; White Chocolate & Irish Cream Breve; White Chocolate & Brown Sugar Cinnamon; White & Milk Chocolate Mocha; Coconut & Caramel Mocha; and Salted Caramel & White Chocolate Breve.

The building which housed Eats and Treats will be demolished and the Seven Brew will be constructed at 531 square feet, according to the site plan.

Site preparation for a new Starbucks store is already underway on Mineral Wells Ave., after its approval recently by the planning commission.

–A rezoning request was approved for Grant Guinn for property at the corner of Fairgrounds Rd. and South Bell Ave. Guinn’s Shoes/Grant Guinn CEO submitted the rezoning request. Currently, the property is zoned R-3M. He requested rezoning to M-1. Guinn intends to build a series of commercial warehouses to include receiving, processing and shipping of goods. He also intends to lease a portion to other local businesses which are in need of commercial warehouse space.
–The commission approved a site plan for a retail building at 1116 N. Market St. Presenting the site plan was TNA Holdings. There will be three retail spaces.
