
Gibson County, Tenn.–A Gibson County woman has been charged with selling black market weight-loss drugs from her home to clinics and residents across West Tennessee.
After a raid by the West Tennessee Drug Task Force, Emily Brooke Arnold, age 41, of Medina, was arrested and charged with impersonating a licensed professional, reckless endangerment, money laundering, criminal simulation, and possession, selling, barter and giving away illegal drugs. She is being held in the Gibson County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
Agents found more than dozens and dozens of vials of multiple black market weight loss drugs in her home. Agents located vials of Tirzepatide, Agents also reportedly located hypodermic needles, packaging materials, homemade labels, instructions on different shots and where to administer them as well as other materials of information about the shots themselves.
According to the West Tennessee Drug Task Force, the vials seized from the home had warning labels that read ‘Not for human consumption’ and ‘For research purposes only.’
Undercover agents made purchases from Arnold, leading to the search and seizure.
