Medina, Tenn.–On December 10th Agents with the 28th West Tennessee Drug Task Force Judicial District conducted a search warrant following a two month undercover investigation into the illegal sales of the black market legend drugs Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, cagrilintide and Retatrutide from a Medina home at 355 Saddlebrook Drive. Evidence recovered showed the drugs were “For research purposes only” and “Not for human consumption.”
During a search of the home, Agents seized 330 vials of the drugs and uncovered more evidence to lead them to 2 weight loss clinics.
Agents then served a search warrant at Medina Weight Loss and Wellness in Medina where they seized another 279 vials of the drugs. Following this search warrant, Agents served a third search warrant at Haywood Weight Loss and Wellness in Brownsville where 89 vials were seized. 698 vials in total were seized from all three locations.
Emily Brooke Arnold, 41, of Medina was arrested on numerous charges in both Haywood and Gibson Counties. (See our previous article).
The clinics are cooperating in the investigation and it is still ongoing. If you received any of these drugs from the clinic, please return them IMMEDIATELY. If you bought any from the home, we ask that you take them to the Medina Police Department IMMEDIATELY.
