Atkins-Porter Neighborhood “Gift Of Lights” Opens Sunday

Paris, Tenn.–The Historic Atkins-Porter Neighborhood Association in partnership with the Paris Board of Public Utilities is excited to host the Eighth Annual “Gift of Light,” Sunday, December 15 -January 1.
Award certificates will be presented to all winners. New this year are gift certificates for Perry’s BBQ for contest winners.
Lighting categories are: Best Porch; Best Yard; Best House, Best Religious Theme; Clark Griswold Award; Best Street and Judge’s Favorite. An out-of-town judge will be driving through the neighborhood both Friday and Saturday evenings, December 13-14, in search of decorated homes. As always, members of the HAPNA board are not eligible to win.
There is no entry form for this contest. All homes with lighted decorations will be considered. Awards will be presented Sunday afternoon between the hours of 5 and 6 PM.
