On December 5, 2024 at approx. 8:30am, officers from the Martin Police Department, the U.S. Probation Office and members of the 27th Judicial Drug Task Force executed a Rule 8 probation search at 321 South McCombs St. in Martin, TN. This residence was occupied by Peter A. Graves, age 47 of Martin.
During the search, officers located eight small baggies that contained approx. 4 grams of a white powdery substance, an additional small baggie of white powder and approx. 29.14 ounces of marijuana. These drugs were seized and will be sent to the TBI lab for identification.
Peter A. Graves was taken into custody and transported to the Weakley County Detention Center after booking procedures were completed. He will be arraigned on Monday, December 9th at 1:00pm. He was charged with Possession of Schedule II Drugs with intent to sell and Possession of Schedule VI Drugs with intent to sell.
