Paris, Tenn.–Yes, it’s almost that time! The Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction begins January 6 and auctioneers and volunteers gathered Wednesday for the annual session in which they set their calendar for the two-month-long event. Auctioneers this year are Andy Collins, Noel Hatman, Ray Compton, Wendy Barnhart, Jamie Orr, Junior Staggs, David Jackson, Darrin Thompson and Amy Veazey. The event will again be on our radio station WHNY 104.7FM and 1000AM and will be livestreamed on our website and the Helping Hand website. This year, Helping Hand will run from January 6 through February 26. Over $500,000 was raised in 20 24 for Helping Hand, which was distributed to some 90 non-profit service organizations.
