Paris, Tenn.–The Atkins-Porter Neighborhood elves really outdid themselves this year with the Christmas decorations at the neighborhood’s Botanical Garden. There is a whole new collection of lights, ornaments, characters and colors in the garden, which is located at 311 Jackson St. in Paris.
