Obion County Accident Claims Two Lives

Union City, Tenn.–The Tennessee Highway Patrol has released the report on today’s double-fatality in Obion County.

According to the report, two people, including an infant, were killed in the accident which occurred Friday morning.

The accident claimed the lives of Natalie Johnson, age 21, and a one-year-old infant.

The accident report states Glenn Williams, age 83, was driving a 2011 Ford F-150  southbound on Red McCorkle Rd., when it collided with a 2019 Chevrolet Cruze driven by Ms. Johnson. Injured in the Chevy Cruse were Matthew Johnson, age 19, along with a 17 year old and a six year old. Williams was also listed as sustaining injury.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts and the THP said the cause of the crash has not been determined.
