Springville, Tenn.–After 25 years of service at Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge, Ranger Joan Howe is retiring.
The public is invited to join at the refuge on December 14th, 1-3 PM, at the Visitor Center to help the refuge and her family celebrate her remarkable career. Please swing by, enjoy a refreshment and help us celebrate this wonderful lady who has went above and beyond to serve both USFWS and our local community!
