Brother Otto Duncan Inducted Into National Black College Alumni Hall Of Fame

Paris, Tenn.–Calling it the ‘honor of a lifetime’, Brother Otto Duncan of Paris has been inducted into the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame.

Brother Otto was inducted during a ceremony at the 39th annual meeting of the National Black College Alumni, held at the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta.

He was among a ‘ste;;ar class of inductees’, according to the Hall of Fame, representing a range of fields and who have made outstanding contributions to their professions and the legacy of Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Brother Otto is a graduate of Dillard University in his hometown of New Orleans.

Brother Otto was paster at Quinn Chapel AME Church for 15 years and was called back to his home church in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. He worked hard to restore the church, with assistance from several people from Paris who traveled there to work in the restoration efforts.

He was inducted in the category of ‘Faith & Theology’ and ‘has left a lasting mark” with his achievements and dedication, according to the Hall of Fame.
