- Permission To Donate The 1999 Firetruck To Elk Mills Volunteer Fire Station (Located in Carter County East Tennessee)
- Consider Allowing The Obion County Public Library To Apply For The Tennessee State Library And Archives Grant With No Money Being Spent Until More Information Is Available.
