Paris, Tenn.–A Paris man was convicted of two counts of theft after a one-day jury trial in Henry County Circuit Court.
Stephen Dane Archer, age 38, was found guilty by the jury of one count of theft of personal property from 2022; and theft of property from Servall in 2023.
Two days had been set aside on the court calendar for the trial, but only one day was needed. Presiding over the trial was Judge Bruce Griffey. Appearing for the state was Courtney Morgan Crocker and serving as defense attorney was David Camp of Jackson.
