Union City, Tenn.–Obion County Schools is proud to announce that Obion County Central High School has earned the prestigious FAFSA Champion Designation for the 2023-2024 academic year!
This honor, awarded by the TN FAFSA Challenge and the Tennessee Higher Education Commission/Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation, recognizes schools that achieve a significant increase of 5% or more in their Tennessee Promise FAFSA completion rate or surpass a 90% completion rate.
This achievement reflects the dedication and hard work of our staff, especially OCCHS School Counselor Heather Kendall. Heather has gone above and beyond by promoting FAFSA, hosting events through TSAC, and providing invaluable one-on-one support to our seniors.
