The Carroll County Christmas Market will be Nov. 1st from 5p.m.-8p.m. & Nov. 2nd from 9a.m.-4p.m. at the Carroll County Civic Center. Food trucks/vendors will be available Friday night for dinner and all-day Saturday. Santa will be here for selfies-Sat 2p.m-4p.m. They will also be having Christmas Mini Pictures Sessions and a cake walk supporting Beating Hearts.
