Hazel, Ky.–A semi traveling south toward Tennessee overturned in Hazel Friday. The accident occurred at the intersection of Hwy. 641S and E.W. Miller St. The Calloway County Fire & Rescue, Sheriff’s deputies and Emergency Management personnel were at the scene while traffic was detoured to Stateline Road West.
