Shout out to the Tennessee National Guard and Tennessee Highway Patrol which assisted with getting essential hay and livestock feed as well as human food and water into unreached areas in East Tennessee. Locally, Mineral Wells Animal Clinic in Paris also delivered hay to East Tennessee.
The THP also gave the State’s Agricultural Crime Unit Special Agents a view from the air of areas with livestock and farmland damage.
