Paris, Tenn.–The Scarecrows are starting to appear on the court square in downtown Paris!
Scarecrows On The Square is an ongoing event through the month of October. Downtown Paris Association Executive Director Tara Wilson said there are 25 signed up this year and the scarecrow displays started appearing Tuesday. Their creators have until Friday to install them in their spots on the courtsquare.
Every year, the Scarecrows provide plenty of sight-seeing and photo ops. In the photo is Rusty the Gardener from Ole Kuntry Mall.
