MCKENZIE, Tenn. – Bethel University President Dr. Perry Moulds welcomed Mike and Joe Flanagan to the Bethel campus Saturday. They are the sons of Billy Joe Flanagan and Mable Clair James Flanagan, both who graduated from Bethel in the 1950’s.
Mr. Flanagan played multiple sports and is in the Bethel Hall of Fame, Mrs. Flanagan played basketball. Before Mr. Flanagan passed away, he made a generous donation to the school.
Mike and Joe attended the McKenzie High School football game and Homecoming Friday.
The brothers were recognized and saluted at halftime of the Bethel football game against the University of the Cumberlands on Saturday.
