Paris, Tenn.–A special meeting has been called by the Paris City Commission to consider a TIF agreement (Tax Increment Financing) for a planned development. The meeting will be held at 4 p.m. Monday, October 21 at City Hall.
Developer Brandon Buchanan has submitted documentation needed to request the incentive for a development that will include a shopping center, convenience store, four outparcels and future multi-family housing (apartments).
The site plan will be reviewed by the planning commission at its October meeting, set for October 10 next week.
