Carter County, Tenn.–River and Charlee of the Cumberland K9 Search & Recovery group are busy searching the Doe River area in Elizabethton/Carter County area in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. The terrain for both K9s and humans is extremely rough. The team was requested by TEMA to help with the recovery efforts and so far, according to Robin Moore, “All is clear”.
