Linemen from the Meriwether Lewis Electric Cooperative in Houston County are headed out to help with Hurricane Helene recovery.
Officials said, “Our hearts and prayers….and now some of the best in the business….are headed out to help with Hurricane Helene recovery. Today’s destination is Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative, Inc. As of yesterday, they had 66,000 of their members still without power. Please keep all of those trying to recover in your thoughts and let us join together to pray for everyone’s safety in the long days ahead.”
