Celebrate Huntingdon’s 31st Annual Heritage Day Saturday

Huntingdon, Tenn.–It is time once again to celebrate Huntingdon Heritage Day Festival with the Town of Huntingdon.  On Saturday, September 28, from 10:00a.m. to 3:30p.m., all are invited to Huntingdon’s historic Court Square to join this free, all-day special event honoring the rich history of Carroll County and its county seat, Huntingdon.  

This year marks the 31st annual Heritage Day and its longstanding tradition, with the festival’s schedule promising to deliver fun and entertainment. Festival goers can expect to enjoy a cruise-in, inflatables, ISTEA train rides, Carroll Arts Storytelling, face painting and Mudslinger’s pottery, petting zoo, kids’ activities and 50+ vendor booths for jewelry, clothing, crafts, food trucks, snow cones, and ice cream, along with music and entertainment acts on two stages. Don’t forget local shopping with In-Store specials and local restaurants with your favorite dishes! 

Festival goers can expect to enjoy a cruise-in, inflatables, ISTEA train rides, Carroll Arts Storytelling, face painting and Mudslinger’s pottery, petting zoo, kids’ activities and 80+ vendor booths for jewelry, clothing, crafts, food trucks, snow cones, and ice cream, along with music and entertainment acts on
two stages!

🔸The Carroll Bank & Trust Bandstand Stage will host a variety of live music acts from 11:15-3:15pm.

🔸The children’s stage, sponsored by the Huntingdon Animal Clinic, will feature family entertainment from 11:00-2:00pm.

● Eden’s Echo Wildlife Education 11:30-12:00pm
● Storytime with Miss Trudy from The Dixie Carter PAC 12:00-12:30pm
● Ray Moore Magician 12:30-1:00pm
● Eden’s Echo Wildlife Education 1:00-1:30pm
● Carroll County Library 1:30-2:00pm
Other events related to the festival include the Heritage Hustle 2024 5K St. Jude Fundraiser on Sat. Sept. 28. Race starts at 8am, registration at 7:15am at Huntingdon Middle School at 199 Browning Ave. in Huntingdon.
