Benton County Electric System, in partnership with Tennessee Valley Authority , TDEC, Seven States Power Corporation, and Country & Western Steakhouse, celebrated the ribbon cutting for the new Fast Charge TN EV Chargers late last week. Paris BPU officials Terry Wimberley and Barry Flood were in attendance. There are four Fast Charge EV Chargers in Paris–two downtown and two at Eiffel Tower Park.
Benton County Election officials said, “It was a fantastic day for our community as we officially joined the Fast Charge Network, bringing convenient, reliable EV charging to Benton County. We are thrilled to take this important step in serving the needs of all our residents, businesses, and visitors. Thank you to all those who attended and shared the day with us. Shoutout to the crew at Country & Western, who are always so good to host, Boho Florals for the balloon wall and florals and Lesli Woods Photography for the images.”
This is more than just charging stations—it’s about embracing the future, and keeping Benton County connected and thriving. Thank you to everyone involved in making this possible! Let’s keep driving forward together!
