camden-nh-check

Camden, Tenn.–Good Samaritan Village Senior Living of Camden has received a grant for $3.2M from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
The grant is part of HUD’s Green and Resilient Retrofit Program and is aimed to support energy efficiency and climate resilience upgrades at Good Samaritan. It’s intended to fund such improvements and upgrades that could be cost-prohibitive to the facility.
A large crowd of Good Samaritan representatives, local, state and federal officials were on hand for the ‘big check’ presentation, including representatives of Sen. Marsha Blackburn and Rep. David Kustoff’s offices. Among those welcoming everyone and thanking HUD officials were Camden Mayor Roger Pafford, Charles Cooper (representing Benton Co. Mayor Mark Ward).
Good Samaritan is located at 192A Post Oak Ave. in Camden.
