 To receive public input for a proposed zoning amendment to amend the official zoning map of the city of Union City, Tennessee to rezone three properties owned by Valeria Hyde (625 & 633 College Street and 414 Home Street) and adjacent right-of-way from B-2 (Intermediate Business) to OTR-2 (Old Town High Density Residential)

 

OLD BUSINESS:

  1. Second and Final Reading Of An Ordinance To Amend The Official Zoning Map Of The City Of Union City, Tennessee To Rezone A Portion Of Property Located At 2317 Nailing Drive (Owned By Bryan Allen) From R-1 (Low Density Residential) To B-2 (Intermediate Business) (Proposed Ord. 269-25)
  2.  Second and Final Reading Of An Ordinance To Amend The Official Zoning Map Of The City Of Union City, Tennessee To Rezone Property Located At 1602 West Reelfoot Avenue (Owned By MTB Strategic Partners) From P-M (Planned Industrial) To B-2 (Intermediate Business) (Proposed Ord. 270-25).
  3. Second and Final Reading Of An Ordinance To Amend The Zoning Ordinance Of The City Of Union City, Tennessee To Retitle The Zoning District Currently Known As The P-M (Planned Industrial) District And To Establish Site Plan Review Requirements For Properties Zoned M-1 (Light Industrial) And M-2 (Heavy Industrial) (Proposed Ord. 271-25).
  4. Second and Final Reading Of An Ordinance To Amend The Zoning Ordinance Of The City Of Union City Tennessee, To Revise The Definition Of “Yard” To Ensure That Handicap Ramps Are Not Subject To Setback Requirements (Proposed Ord. 272-25)
