Union City, Tenn.–Friends of Discovery Park, it’s grape pickin’ time again! On Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2024 at 8 a.m., the Discovery Park team will be harvesting this year’s crop of red grapes in the park’s vineyard, and we’re looking to volunteers for help. Those who join us will not only have a lot of fun, but they’ll each receive a free bottle of Discovery Park wine from this vintage.

This year’s harvest is smaller than previous years due to disease from heavy rains in the early season, so grape picking will only last a few hours at most.
