Paris, Tenn.–The Diggs Farm in Cottage Grove and the Caldwell Farm near Elkhown were welcomed as new additions to the Henry County’s Century Farms at Tuesday morning’s annual Century Farm Breakfast at the Henry County Fair.
The Diggs Farm was established in 1902 and the Caldwell Farm was established in 1895. Family members from both were on hand for the presentation, which was held in the Commercial Building.
Speaker for the breakfast was Dr. Kyle Stephens, who discussed the concept of ABLE Farms and its connection to special needs children and how it was inspired by the Hoofbeats of Hope program that formerly operated in Henry County.
