Tiptonville, Tenn.–Freedom Silo Reelfoot Lake is moving right along and looking great. The silo is located on Hwy. 78 in Tiptonville and is a 70 foot high mural of a Bald Eagle and American flag. The mural is presented by the Reelfoot Lake Tourism Council and is being painted by Farley and Andrew Lewis.
